S4 (Andarine) is a selective androgen receptor modulator originally developed by GTx Inc. for the treatment of conditions such as muscle wasting, osteoporosis, and benign prostatic hypertrophy. It is characterised by its strong binding affinity to the androgen receptor and rapid absorption kinetics.
